These guidelines are simple tools to use for your well being success. The more you put into you, the more performance, happiness and bliss you can create for yourself and those around you. Contrary to popular belief, it only takes 7 days to create a habit, not 42. Anything you want for your life, including an enhanced sense of vitality can be had as you create is as an opportunity for others. :)
1. If you intend or would like to guarantee removing 5kg of toxins, body fat, etc from your body in the first 7 days of your training. Contact Stone immediately for a Nutrition Consultation.
2. The word “CAN’T” must be removed from your vocabulary. It shall never be part of your training program at Stone Fitness. Use of it will result in appropriate rewards.
3. Whining or dissemination of any kind of negativity is strictly prohibited. Try sharing "What is working" for you rather than what is not working for you.
4. Compulsory: Look for ways to encourage others in their fitness program or others who have not yet started. Focus on your "WHY" for starting the program.
5. Look at and work with your possibility in fitness. You will only be seen as your full possibility, not your complaints.
6. Visualise and vocalise your fitness goal with those around 7 times or more a day. What does it look / feel like?
7. Maintain a daily Health Log, which contains what you eat and drink at what time and the quantity. It will also document how you feel. Feel free to include pictures for visual references. (i.e., post your progress in on the "Wall" or Discussion Boards of http://www.stonefitness.com.au
8. Within 15 minutes of waking up consume 1 litre of cold water. Throughout the day, you will have 1 litre per 22kg of body weight. Example: If you weigh 66kg, you would consume 3 litres of water throughout the day - not all at once.
9. Immediately after your water in the morning, drink the juice from a freshly squeezed lemon.
10. Abstain anything containing caffeine.
11. Refrain from alcohol consumption.
12. Do not use tobacco products nor be in an environment with 2nd hand smoke especially if you are pregnant, thinking about being pregnant or your partner is pregnant.
13. Eat only fresh foods. If there are ingredients you are not familiar with or can not pronounce, steer clear.
14. Have at least 8 HOURS SLEEP PER DAY – Consider this your official sleep prescription.
15. If you cannot make it to your sessions or will be late, ring as soon as you know.
16. Your trainer has an On Time Guarantee.
17. Ring your trainer frequently for any questions, comments or concerns you have about your training, general health issues or if you experience psychological or physiological complications.
18. You must communicate (ring, sms, email) with your Trainer as soon as you have completed your program for on and off days! (have fun:-)
19. HAVE FUN, Have fun, and Have FUN!! Did we mention, Have fun? Make a game out of this. It is your life. You will be dead a lot longer than you are alive and you may as well enjoy it. ;-)
