  1. Perform each movement to failure.  
    When you can no longer hold the weight for 80 seconds totalb time per exercise you are complete.
    Take a 3 minute rest between sets.
  2. Perform each repetion with 5 seconds up and 5 seconds down to eliminate momentum and ensure a constant load.
