All classes are from 6:30am - 7:30am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the year (except federal and state holidays) either at the
Melbourne Botanic Gardens or in other parks throughout metropolitan area.

These Fitness Classes deliver customized and individual results.
Everyone receives a health assessment to find out what they want to personally
achieve, a fitness friend from the group to hold them accountable and a
customized program to be done in the group sessions.

You will be able to measure the results over time. The more you inspire your 
team mates and others in your life, the faster you are on track to create tangible
results and habits of success for your life!
Group sizes are for 10-50 (The more people are in your group, the better
individual results will be.

Contrary to popular belief, smaller size groups do not translate to better service
or customized care.
What makes a difference is the number of people surrounding you who are
going for similar outcomes and who can hold you accountable to what you say
you want for your life.)
