Sports Team Fitness Training delivers pre-season strength and sport psychology modules. The sessions are dynamic and promote enhanced fitness strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance - all built upon camaraderie. If your intent is to win your grand final, the play-offs, or any other event of distinction, these classes are exactly what your team needs!

  • 6 week cycle - 77,000 calories burned (10kg of body fat)
  • 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (customizable)
  • Total of 18 sessions plus 12 Challenge Opportunities (homework)
  • AM/PM sessions available
  • Customized nutrition guidelines provided
  • Customized fitness program provided
  • Various fitness levels can participate in the same class
  • Sessions are 45 - 55 minutes in length
  • Incentives for reaching your goals
  • Group sizes are for 10-50 (The more people are in your group, the better individual results will be. Contrary to popular belief, smaller size groups do not translate to better service or customized care. What makes a difference is the number of people surrounding you who are going for similar outcomes and who can hold you accountable to what you say you want for your life.)
